Hummus: Broccoli / Cucumber

2 cans chick peas
Broccoli 1 crown
1 cucumber
2 cloves garlic
1 squirt mustard
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
some onion
some fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp olive oil (maybe more?)
salt
cumin
pepper
oregano
powdered mustard
some water

This was one of the better ones I have made.  Will add fresh lemon juice next time and a bit of the peel and more cilantro.  also, maybe more cucumber and less broccoli.  The broccoli doesn’t quite break down well in my blender.  need a food processor.

ate it on my sandwich with tomatoes, turkey and avocado.
