Workout Progress Snapshot

Workout Experiment.  How strong can I get this summer, with temporary lapses of lacking discipline and focus, and having random workout goals that don’t always correlate

Current snapshot:
Bench: 85lb 4×4
Squat: 140lb 4×5
Pullups: 4 (possibly more?) haven’t tested this one in awhile.
Pushpress: 65lb 4×6
Can almost do a handstand pushup.  I’m afraid of falling on my head
5k 24:50min (without having run in ten years)

Flexibility:
This one is a challenge.  I want to be more flexible, but have never set goals per se and had a regular stretching routine.  I need more flexibility for my kicks,  to do a back walkover, and moves from handstands in general.  So hamstrings, back and shoulders.
I’m trying to stretch in the mornings for at least 15 minutes a day, with longer stretching incorporated after workouts.

Current workout schedule:
Capo 3x a week -usually 1.5 – 2 hrs.
Weigh Lifting:  3x a week: Back/Shoulders, Legs, Chest
Random in betweens when I have extra time:  boxing, stretching, handstands, kicks,  Running?  not yet.  someday I aspire to incorporate running some workouts on the track, but something usually comes up every Saturday that gets in the way.. like sleeping.
