Watermelon Mojito Salad

Watermelon Mojito Salad
3 Cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1.5  cups seedless cucumber, cubed
2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Zest from two limes
1Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
pinch sea salt
pinch of black pepper

I’m not sure what to think of this.  First, what does zest from two limes mean?  That’s a lot of zest.  And what is that picture of the sauce?  Is that olive oil and lime juice?  Doesn’t look like it.   The watermelon, as expected, was extremely watery, and formed a massive puddle in the bottom of the bowl.  I squeezed the lime juice into it, which just added to it.     That being said, the flavor combination still tasted good, it just seems like an odd salad. More like a soup / salad.  After I ate some, and let the rest sit for awhile, the salad was completely submerged in the juice, which I drank and it was pretty good.   Next time I make this, I’ll drain the juice out before eating, and keep the two separate.  Also, more mint, and no olive oil.
